Palo Duro Canyons

This is my green mug from the trip to Palo Duro Canyon in Amarillo Texas this past summer. My Mom and nieces came to visit me while I was still working there and wow what a beautiful site. Its definitely a tourist site to add to your list.
The Canyon is huge with lots to do, everything from camping, bike riding in the trails and even riding horses, which I got to do the first time I went last year. Riding through the Canyon was like being in the movies, lol. No cell phone service, no noise other than the horses trotting along the beaten paths. Me and a few co-workers went and had a blast just enjoying the view of the Canyons glaring all around us. I only wish I could back and do it again.
